Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Elizble (“Platform”), a unit of Cemya Super Private Limited. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Overview

We act as an intermediary connecting service providers and consumers. We do not directly provide services unless explicitly stated.

Our main motto is to secure the client's money and release it to the service provider as per agreed project-completion phases or delivery milestones.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• In case of order cancellation, we will process the refundable amount (after deducting applicable payment gateway charges) within 3 working days.
• If an order is cancelled after the commencement of work, the consumer shall pay proportionately for work completed. The remaining balance will be refunded within 3 days.
• Any government fees or third-party charges paid during the process are non-refundable and must be borne by you.

4. Direct Transactions

If you directly engage with a service provider outside the Platform and make payment independently, we bear no responsibility or liability for such transactions.

5. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes between the service provider and consumer, we may act as a mediator.
• We reserve the right to make an independent and final decision, which shall be binding on both parties.
• For software services, a valid legal agreement between both parties must be provided.
• For other services, a mutually agreed timeline commitment must be presented.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of service providers or consumers in case of:

• Suspicious activities
• Fraudulent behavior
• Violation of these Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from direct dealings outside the Platform
• Delays caused by third parties or external factors

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, and jurisdiction shall lie in courts of competent jurisdiction in India. For legal proceedings, Elizble shall be represented by its parent company, Cemya Super Private Limited.
